Many of you have inquired after having taken a class at EAT STREET CULINARY about the possibility of holding a private class/party. I have a few dates in May as well as June available at this time. The requirement is only a minimum of 12 people. Prices go down to $60 per person when you “buy the class”. Private events are great for a friends night out, celebrating a special occasion or getting the family together for a fun and different activity. UPCOMING KIDS CLASS ON APRIL 28th

We had such a great time in our EASTER KIDS class yesterday. The little ones made Deviled Eggs, Strawberry Shortcakes from scratch, and decorated cake pops-Easter style. Our next class for kids is on April 28th from 1-4pm. At the request of one of our kids, it will be savory recipes (no sweets this time). Spaces are available!!

Well EAT STREET is officially 4 months old today! I am overwhelmed when I look at my class schedule and see that almost everything is SOLD OUT for the next two months. I am truly blessed to have so much interest in my culinary school and the repeat customers that keep coming back show me that all my hard work is paying off. If each student helps me spread the word that they learned skills and enjoyed themselves while doing it…..EAT STREET will surely be a success. Thanks to all of my “students” who have come for an afternoon or evening of fun. HERE’S TO AN EXCITING 2013!

Had a sold out Date Night in Paris last night. I am so thrilled to have a couple women come in for the third time and this time they brought their husbands. Fun people and I appreciate the loyalty and that they love what I do. I have spaces in Specialty breads this Tuesday night (Nov 27) from 6-9. If you want to “wow” the family during the holidays make homemade bagels and English muffins! It is so much fun and so amazing when you make these types of breads from scratch. Nothing feels better than taking flour, yeast and water and CREATING something amazing.
